HP Indigo 5500 brings photos finish for ColourWise
Quality comes first for Queensland printer, ColourWise; so when it came to purchasing a new machine, the HP Indigo 5500 was the obvious choice.

The installation in November 2007 was a smooth one, according to Bamforth, who says that the decision was based first and foremost on quality. "The quality provided by the 5500 went above and beyond anything else that is available," he said.
The HP Indigo 5500 has a number of defining features, including: up to seven-colour printing using HP ElectroInk patented liquid ink technology; HP IndiChrome orange and violet inks delivering a wide colour gamut; strong colour management with HP Professional Pantone emulation and ICC profiles; new photo inks, light cyan and light magenta and new special effect inks - HP Indigo digital matte ink.

The purchase of the HP Indigo 5500 has enabled ColourWise to spin off new business units such as the launch of its new online offering, www.clickonprint.com.au/photobooks, a service that creates high quality photo books and photo calendars online. "We are also directing all of our high-end agency and marketing work to the Indigo 5500 because we know it will handle challenging jobs with perfect quality - and that's what our clients want," Bamforth said.
Not surprisingly, the HP Indigo 5500 has made a lasting impression on the staff at ColourWise, who believe the decision was well worth it. "I'm extremely satisfied with it," Bamforth said. "The colour accuracy and print quality are phenomenal - better than anything I've ever seen."
